Seller guidelines

These guidelines keep the marketplace focused on clear, manufacturable physical products and honest delivery expectations.

  • List only products you have the right to sell, manufacture, or license.
  • For products you make and ship, disclose material, stock, print time, processing time, and shipping notes.
  • For file-based products, upload clean STL files and include orientation, material, color, and fitment notes.
  • Do not claim a file has passed geometry or manufacturing checks until the validation workflow records that status.
  • Repair parts should include measurement guidance, compatibility notes, and fitment limitations.
  • Products intended for food contact, children, safety equipment, or regulated uses require additional review before launch.
